Jill Choate Beier Joins Norfolk "Of Counsel"
Norfolk Law is excited to announce Jill Choate Beier is now “Of Counsel” and brings her expansive expertise in personal planning to the Firm. Mrs. Beier’s practice includes estate and tax planning for individuals and families; estate and trust administration; all aspects of Surrogate’s Court practice, including probate proceedings, will contests and guardianships; and planning for charitable giving and philanthropy. Mrs. Beier is a recognized expert in Trusts and Estate Law, having published multiple articles, and featured at many speaking engagements. She also serves in leadership positions within the Trusts and Estate Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Mrs. Beier’s experience is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, an MBA degree with an Accounting concentration from Fordham Graduate School of Business, a JD degree, summa cum laude, from Touro Law School, and an LLM degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
