Saranac Lake Marina Case - Update

Attorney Matthew Norfolk filed a motion to dismiss a proceeding commenced by Protect the Adirondacks!, Inc. and Adirondack Wild: Friends of the Forest Preserve against our client,
Saranac Lake Marina, and New York State Adirondack Park Agency (APA) seeking annulment of APA's approval of the Saranac Lake Marina project on Lower Saranac Lake.
The Court dismissed 3 causes of action and a part of another cause of action at Attorney Norfolk's request.
There remain 2 causes of action and the cause of action that the Court partially dismissed.

This is a major win for Saranac Lake Marina.

The APA and Saranac Lake Marina will now submit papers to oppose the remaining causes of action looking to have those dismissed.
