Norfolk Speaks At National Conference

The Property Rights Foundation of America (PRFA) held its 19th annual conference on private property rights on October 17, 2015 in Latham, New York. The conference featured acclaimed experts and leaders from across the country and was focused on trends and threats to private property rights.   Attorney Matthew D. Norfolk, partner of the Lake Placid based law firm, Briggs Norfolk LLP, was asked to speak on the ongoing legal battle between James McCulley and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation involving the use and status of Old Mountain Road in the Town of North Elba.
